Responsibilities and Basic Qualifications
Work independently and directly with Process Owners to design, implement, and support functional area
Provide functional support and optimization services for Workday applications process and end users.
Strong understanding of cross-functional configuration between Workday HCM and functional area noted in the requisition title.
Strong knowledge and experience in Business Process configuration, including Dynamic Business Processes, Condition Rules, and Notifications
An ability to identify the root cause of problems in Workday , as well as an ability to determine a solution, implement, test, move to Production, assist the process owner with determining which results need to be corrected, and help move the corrections into the tenant.
Able to use integration tools such as EIB, Solution, and Object Transporter to facilitate data conversion and migration of configuration.
Minimum of 2 years experience of Workday application delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
A mastery of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables vlookups, sumifs, etc.
Able to meet Minimum travel requirements, however, on average this is 10% or less travel per year.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Workday HCM & Compensation Architect will have experience in:
HCM: Build supervisor organizations, create job profiles, security concepts, define and manage business process, common HCM transactions (hire, transfer, term) and configure basic custom reports.
Core Compensation: configuration of core compensation components, compensation eligibility rules and the methods of defaulting compensation, as well as advanced features such as steps and step progression, severance, and benchmark jobs. Compensation: Eligibility rules, default compensation, compensations basis, grades, plans, changes, transactions and tools.
Advanced compensation configure functionality: Compensation matrix, proration rules, scorecards, Configurable grid, shared participations and coordination of events.
