Job Overview:. The Talent Acquisition and Development Director is the strategic leader of CapCenter's talent management activities. The role will work closely with department leaders to build, develop and engage talent across CapCenter's departments and service lines. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication, influencing, and problem solving skills across diverse stakeholder groups. The strategic focus is to drive business growth through recruitment, talent development and organizational design.. Responsibilities:. Talent Recruitment. You will partner with functional and business line leaders to create high-impact positions that drive real business value. You will then engage the organization and leverage best practices to identify and attract top industry talent. You will have significant influence over the organizational design of a dynamic and growing company.. Training and Development. Developing top talent internally is a key executive initiative. You will own and sculpt this initiative through training, mentoring and role matching programs that enable employee growth. You will also formalize cross-functional career paths that allow individual progression while achieving business line objectives.. Performance Management. You will develop and own the performance management strategy in conjunction with finance to objectively evaluate and proactively engage talent. Through performance management you will help define a talent driven organization that encourages entrepreneurial innovation.. Culture and Engagement. Culture is a key ingredient to CapCenter's success and you will be in the driver's seat, leading corporate value development and ensuring employee engagement and alignment.. Qualifications:. A minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources; MBA a plus. Analytically minded, a creative problem solver, and a high impact driver of corporate culture. Experience with financial services and/or real estate industries. Successful track record of designing and optimizing processes as well as leading teams
