Call Center Rep is needed for - A luxury home textile company in Newark,NJ is in need of a well spoken customer service representative with good people skills, great communication skills, and a great personality to join their team. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Looking start the position immediately! - Interact with customers over phone and e-mail in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with placing product orders, providing status updates and resolving issues. - Process orders in AS400 system, provide order confirmations, co-ordinate order status with manufacturer, problem solve issues, interact with credit and collections. Professional experience: - Must have prior experience as a Customer Service representative in a fast paced environment. - Proven ability to build an excellent rapport with fellow employees and customers. - Excellent computer skills, preferably in an AS400 environment.
