The Senior Real Estate Analyst is a key contributor role within Global Real Estate and Facilities Management that is directly responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate financial analysis and portfolio reporting. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will assist in the creation and management of the annual operating and capital expense budgets, and drive process improvements in collaboration with internal customers throughout the globe. This position ensures high levels of customer satisfaction for multiple customers while driving the success of important strategic and tactical goals and objectives. The contributor is responsible for providing services and support.

Supervise the entry, processing, and tracking of PO's and other funding requests
Preparation of capital committee presentations and related analysis
Collaborate with various members of the Accounting, Tax, Purchasing and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to ensure proper lease accounting, accurate disclosures, and effective asset management
Interface with the Legal department in the processing of real estate and facilities contracts and related approvals
Manage external lease administration partner, JLL, in maintaining accuracy of 3rd party database and administration dashboard
Support the Director of Global Real Estate and Facilities in various real estate activities including, but not limited to: feasibility analysis, lease transaction analysis, acquisitions and dispositions
Manage internal portfolio databases to ensure accurate and current lease information can be reported monthly, in coordination with Regional Heads of Real Estate and Facilities
Manage the global budget, contractual compliance, the transaction pipeline and facilitating real estate transaction approvals, in coordination with Regional Heads of Real Estate and Facilities
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and/or financial analysis
Strong financial and business acumen in multiple cultural environments
Microsoft Office - Intermediate to advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work well under pressure
Advanced organizational skills and details oriented
Possesses strong customer service and change management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred
Real Estate Data Management System experience is an advantage.
Professional registration, industry certification or Master's degree a plus
Experience with analyzing real estate lease transactions is a plus
Should be able to work on the phone and computer for an extended period of time
Travel required: 0%-10%
Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
Established analytical skill set with a proven history of forecasting, analysis and financial reporting
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently
Detail oriented and highly motivated with strong project management and analytical skills
Understanding of software or other technology industry as a business. Public company experience preferred
Ability to prepare and make presentations or recommendations to senior managers and managers on related topics
