The Senior HR Project Manager will partner with the HR leadership team, HR business partners and key stakeholders to drive the delivery of HR projects across all aspects of the HR lifecycle. Responsibilities of this role includes actively planning various aspects of the HR project portfolio to ensure consistency and predictability of HR product delivery, which includes harmonizing transformative project and program components, managing interdependencies, risk and project sequencing to best meet business commitments with high quality while communicating status and key messages across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide overall leadership and management of projects across the HR organization in a consistent manner while creating repeatable and scalable processes Create a holistic approach to communicate with and engage senior leadership to maximize impact and influence to ensure alignment against program outcomes Provide visibility to stakeholders and executives on key project KPI's and metrics; provides on-demand metrics and regular status reports to key stakeholders Create HR project landscape, calendar, templates and ways of working to streamline project execution Partner with HR Leadership to monitor and prioritize resource utilization and manage resources effectively based on multi-year HR project roadmap Implement and adhere to a holistic and consistent change management framework Foster strong working relationships across departments and keep close, direct contact with business leaders and partners to ensure that projects are delivering the expected business outcomes and contributing to strategic decisions. Act as the communications conduit to sponsors and program steering committee and conduct periodic briefings/status updates Identify and manage issues and risks to closure; create risk mitigation plans and track progress Recommend and implement changes that result from lessons learned or research on best practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience setting priorities and driving for results A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and delivering cross-functional, cross-geographical projects Strong understanding of project management and Agile concepts, processes, practices, procedures and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective Experience leading global teams and working in a global ecosystem Strong understanding of HR Operations/Programs Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives; able to comfortably speak to business line managers and establish a communication cadence Expert ability providing focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organizations and partnerships, creating a shared vision for results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred PMP, Six Sigma, Change Management training and certification desired Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution-oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Able to develop effective working relationships with various and diverse stakeholders Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) Able to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives
