About the role: AMPLEXOR is currently looking for an energetic, dynamic and driven Strategic Account Manager to work out of our Westminster, CO office. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for improving delivery processes as well as maintaining business and developing new business from a portfolio of existing clients. We expect you to innovate new operational approaches in an effort to reduce costs, implement permanent solutions to problems and positively influence the client's experience with AMPLEXOR. Responsibilities:
Own the relationship with existing clients, ensuring client needs are fully met.
Drive client experience processes and initiatives, including customer education and consultation opportunities.
Identify and follow up on leads, manage opportunities and win new projects or contracts.
Develop account strategies and tactics to grow business and achieve gross margin objectives.
Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within the clients' organization and connect them with the appropriate AMPLEXOR leaders.
Identify any competitive influences that may be surfacing and communicate those influences to the appropriate AMPLEXOR leaders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all appropriate internal channels to ensure swift execution of deliverables and consistent excellence in order to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Critically review cost and schedule assumptions for all proposals.
Ensure sales process compliance and adherence to sales guidelines as well as proper setup in AMPLEXOR systems.
Execute quarterly forecasting for strategic accounts.
Follow up on post mortems in order to improve future proposals, pricing, budgets and schedules.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records in eCRM (data quality) and timely document storage in AMPLEXOR's document management system.
Assist with lead generation initiatives.
Attend professional trade shows and meetings. Requirements
You have a minimum of three years of proven experience in sales and/or account management.
You have significant experience interacting with clients within the translation and localization industry, specifically within the life sciences sector.
You are experienced in related solutions (i.e. Digital Experience Management, Content Management & Collaboration, Global Content Management) and are able to successfully present these solutions to clients.
Autonomy in identifying business opportunities; extensive knowledge of sales methodology and tools.
Strong analytical skills in order to match client requirements with AMPLEXOR's service offerings.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills based on value selling.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient/Fluent in English and other relevant language(s): French and/or German.
