Amazon Go is looking for an experienced Program Manager (PM) to maintain and service our third party partners and help drive processes to support the readiness and performance of the field service workforce in each geographic area of responsibility. They will define and maintain aggressive service level agreements and drive adherence through metric development, analysis and reporting. They will drive corrective actions with all partners though reporting and training. They will be accountable for ensuring third party partners have adequate training, tools and equipment and that these resources are regularly maintained and available. They will coordinate training and engineering documentation development specific to 3Ps and help and define the requirements needed to provide appropriate engineering field support to our field technicians. They will coordinate and schedule downtimes with operations and system owners when necessary to deploy new or updated hardware or software. They will lead identification, documentation and communication of tools, training or system enhancements that will improve the customer experience for Go customers and technicians. They will foster an environment of continuous improvement and look for ways to simplify and improve 3P engineering support services.
The candidate must be comfortable working across multiple teams, internal and external, to resolve issues and possess the ability to facilitate discussions to troubleshoot issues, remove barriers, drive root cause resolution and follow all possible avenues to get the job done. The ability to adapt quickly to new processes and products is a must. The candidate should have a track record of delivering quality and maintaining supporting relationships with customers is a must.
