You will be responsible for creating a vision that aligns to business priorities and delivering that vision through providing overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and control.. This role requires strong partnership and interactions with senior executive management, business stakeholders, data scientists, engineering, and IT organizations. The person must be able to work at a detail level, when needed, to identify issues, risks, root causes, develop mitigation strategies and solutions, and identify and track actions to closure. The candidate must be articulate, be able to effectively and openly communicate with management, raise issues and risks quickly, and help develop solutions.. You will be responsible for leading multiple squads made of resources from IT, Digital, and Business Lines. These squads include data architects, functional experts, and product owners to drive efficient delivery, ensure user adoption, and help maximize the value of our CDP investment.. Job Responsibilities. Architect requirements from business stakeholders and create a product roadmap. Create functional requirements and identify gaps in data collection. Collaborate with teams from different parts of the organization to fill data gaps. Build out and document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements. Create and standardize templates and processes for data specifications, functional requirements, use case validations, training, and user adoption. Give direction and collaborate with IT's data architects in the design of the data model and data architecture patterns to support consumer identity and profile; reporting at business unit, segmentation, activation, and syndication segments to applications. Implement framework and processes to provide lineage of data collection, integration, and consumption. Ensure CDP is built with data security and governance to meet the organization's procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements. Provide technology recommendations and dev-ops to support CDP use cases. Ensure the highest standard of quality in the final solution. Qualifications. 10+ years experiences in CDP, analytics, data driven marketing, and digital transformation. Master degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Stat or a related field or equivalent work experience.. Experience in Agile methods is preferred. Experience in data architecture and data modeling is required. Experience in architecture patterns and computing technology at application, database, and system levels is required. Experience in developing a data platform using big data and distributed data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Snowflake is required. Experience with working in banking, digital applications, CRM, paid media, social, and offline data is preferred.
