**Job Summary**

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

* Works under the direction of an attorney, resolves routine legal issues.

* Provides support to attorneys.

* Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, etc.

**Minimum Requirements**

BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ experience in document control
