Director of Real Estate - Head of Business Development

Our client is a technology driven company with a product that caters specifically to Real Estate. The executive team is looking to bring on a Director of Real Estate - Head of Business Development and Strategy to lead a team that will be responsible for the most aggressive revenue growth in the entire company.

This person will have strong relationships in the Real Estate industry, and will be able to use their network to achieve this growth via ownership of market intelligence, key relationships, market education, and lead generation in a very fast paced, dynamic environment, constantly focused on driving new partnerships.

Overall Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

  • Identify influencers in the industry and own the relationship and market.
  • Develop innovative ways that will help grow the product features, marketing efforts and the sales process.
  • Aggressive revenue growth by owning relationships to ensure they convert to new business.
  • Work with the team to create systems for improvement and efficiency in the overall operations.
  • Strengthen culture around execution, precision and results orientation
  • Manage execution of initiatives across functions and other key departments

You have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior management role within Real Estate, Business Development and Sales.
  • Experience in tech and B2B sales and strategic relationships.
  • Detail oriented self-starter, with proven professional success, who is able to manage multiple tasks and in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to influence and produce action from leaders across an organization
  • An innovator - looking for the newest and best way to do things, before anyone else does.
