Provide confidential administrative support and assistance to the department and support the department in all aspects of daily project operations. Perform in-person member visits in the community setting, such as hospitals, in order to introduce Care Management Programs and validate member contact information.Responsibilities:* Perform case building, benefit validation and member telephonic outreach for program enrollment.* Conduct member visits in community locations such as hospital sites to enroll members in care management programs and validate member contact information.* Provide ACD phone management for both incoming and outgoing calls.* Provide coverage, Care Management support and administrative duties for the department.* Schedule member appointments with Care managers in Outlook.* Create, interpret, review, edit and organize departmental audits, reports and job aids.* Identify and communicate relevant documents to the appropriate department(s).* Review documents for accuracy, completeness and timeliness for submission to the appropriate project committees or work teams.* Assists in the development of program and project plans, tracking and management of projects and departmental activities to schedule and cost.Qualifications:* PC literate and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database programs, presentation programs and good typing skills required* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Administration and organizational skills* Interpersonal skills required* Minimum 0-2 years' experience in health care and/or regulatory related environment requiredAdditional Information* Requisition ID: 1912I
