Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Collections Supervisor. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of collections supervisory experience managing a team of at least 15 employees. This position will be responsible for monitoring collection volume, preparing dispute notices and assisting with KPI's and customer interaction. Job Duties: Manage activities of the collections staff and all major processes related to accounts receivables Work directly with Credit manager, Credit Analysis, Account receivables team and specialists Identity trends and detect changes in collection volumes Review reasons for past dept from customers Prepare dispute notices,charge backs and change of terms Recommend process changes and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency Assist clients when needs Requirements: Bachelors degree required Preferred experience working with a factoring company Minimum of 5 years supervisor experience Superior communication skills Strong excel including reporting and analysis Credit 2 Business preferred Ability to train and develop a team This is Direct Hire position.
