A DP is hiring an Entry-Level Implementation Consultant. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as subject matter expert Serves as backup to the implementation manager Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive product solution Coordinate project scope and timing Answer questions about tool capabilities Gather requirements and documentation necessary to configure tools Works and counsels with client team on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions Configures and codes tools using client plan design deliverables (BRD, SBC) Performs QA using pre-defined test scripts Coordinates client acceptance testing with CAE, gathers acceptance testing feedback and updates application Coordinates deployment to production once sign off has been delivered Interpret issues and find creative solutions to help the business with their long terms needs Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes Partner with client to understand their business related needs Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending product solutions Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution Work proactively to provide information, best practices, and training to internal partners and external partners Ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs Build long term relationship and trust Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timelines, issues as they arise QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED At least 3 years' experience working in a client servicecustomer service environment At least 1 year of business consulting experience Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in education and experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preference will be given to candidates who have the following Prior experience in technology implementation role, especially in the human capital managementbenefits industry Health insurance medical plan design knowledge QA experience Flexibility, positive attitude willingness to play a variety of roles to ensure successful deliver of solution to clients Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic understanding of Web technologies (HTML) Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks Strong client relationship building skills Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems Excellent analytical and time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient using Microsoft Office We're designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you're working for.
