Here are some of the responsibilities you???ll have:
  • Managing a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns. You???ve got this!

  • Providing direct customer service with focus on internet banking support
  • Use computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Organization is key.
These are the qualities we???re looking for in a call center rep:
  • Above all, friendly. It isn???t always easy, but the key to success is helping a customer turn a frown upside down.
  • Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution ??\" no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
  • Adept at communication. After all, there???s a reason somebody is calling. They???re just looking for somebody willing to listen and give them an explanation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year banking or related customer service experience is required .
  • Must be proficient in reading, writing, mathematic and problem solving, and great interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Must have knowledge of bank consumer products and have data entry skills.
