Addepar's Relationship Management team is responsible for ensuring that our clients are continuously receiving and recognizing value from Addepar. The Relationship Manager is the ultimate owner of client success, leading our client facing team to ensure each client's experience with Addepar exceeds expectations.
Relationship Managers will partner with clients to understand their business objectives and consult on Addepar's role within the client's broader organization, developing holistic success and adoption plans which outline strategies reaching beyond Addepar's offering including clients' tech stacks, product integrations, firm operations, etc. As the primary driver of client intelligence within Addepar, Relationship Managers will be responsible for distributing relevant client context across the company - specifically to product development and leadership - and managing expectations accordingly.
* Manage select Enterprise relationships, driving success towards meeting business goals for Addepar's most complex and strategic clients * Interface with C-suite executives and work closely with decision makers at each Enterprise client to understand their unique business profile and identify their goals with Addepar * Design and execute success/adoption plans via consultative approach to optimize client relationships, adoption, and satisfaction with Addepar * Conduct regular business reviews, track appropriate standard KPIs, and identify custom KPIs to measure client success; identify strategic initiatives or best practice optimizations to add value to client relationship * Take ultimate accountability for client outcomes; proactive and highly engaged in communications * Successfully conduct executive meetings and quarterly business reviews with minimal oversight; comfortable leading difficult conversations with client * Can proactively identify/anticipate adoption issues, misalignments, and/or gaps; own escalation processes * Identify changes in the scope of client projects and can coordinate Services solution with minimal oversight * Able to comfortably sell our services, solutions, best practices in a way that influences internal and external stakeholders to best outcomes * Balances transparency and common sense when managing solution gaps or issues
* 3 years of experience in Relationship Management * 5 years of experience in a client-facing Wealth Management / Advisory role, or as a Customer Success / Relationship Manager at a Financial firm or Financial Services SaaS company * A deep understanding of the wealth management industry and financial service technologies, and acutely aware of current and forecasted market trends * Ability to understand and translate business goals into actionable and measurable initiatives * Experience in building relationships and garnering trust with executive decision makers and influencers * Capable of working collaboratively across multiple organizations * Comfortable with managing escalations and executing on success plans * Periodic Travel required
