We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Taggart Insurance, an Acrisure Agency Partner. This position will be responsible for providing customer service on a book of business in a manner that provides for retention, growth, and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take full accountability for the assigned book of business with assistance and support from Processing team
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters related to the proper coverage for the client
  • Proactive management of renewal process
  • Coordinate with Producer and client to obtain information and market account to various carriers as needed
  • Prepare proposals and account summaries as needed for the Producer
  • Identify opportunities to write new business
  • Meet with clients, in the Taggart office or client location, as needed
  • Receive and responds to all calls, faxes, emails and mail in a timely manner

    Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
  • Active Colorado P&C insurance license, required
  • Knowledgeable in Commercial Lines P&C
  • Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience, required
  • Technology Skills:

  • EPIC or similar agency management software experience, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Other Qualifications:
