You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; clientcentric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.YOUR ROLE: CMT Communications LeadWith over $8 billion dollars in net revenue in FY18, Communications, Media & Technology operating group serves communications, media, high tech, software and platform companies, bringing transformative digital solutions to clients around the globe.The Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) People Communications lead designs and executes integrated communications strategy targeting CMT professionals, and manages the team that creates and executes end-to-end communications programs.Accountabilities include:* Develop, manage and execute the organization's people communications program and plans integrated with the business and marketing strategy* Develop and execute CMT internal campaigns aligned to the business priorities* Oversee message development, integration and coordination of all communications targeted to the broad CMT executive and employee audiences* Develop look/feel for CMT people communications and refine the tone/tenor to align with the organization's culture* Manage all CMT communication channels* Work closely with CMT leadership to develop communications leveraging appropriate engagement vehicles and channels.* Incorporate Accenture-wide messages and content into CMT communications* Manage a small team of people communications professionals within CMT, working closely with senior People Communication leads as part of the broader global People Communications team* Create new thinking and integrated strategies to educate CMT professionals and enable them in their roles.* Partner closely with our Corporate Marketing, Social, Brand and Campaign Operations for key programs and initiatives that CMT participates in* Collaborate with the Talent Brand team to provide communications guidance and analytics that help measure employer brand awareness and candidate perception * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
