Reporting to the head of product for Media & Entertainment, this role is ideal for a driven and experienced advanced TV specialist, with an interest in a data-informed research approach. The successful candidate will be looking to dramatically grow insights across the advanced TV spectrum focusing on SVOD/AVOD viewer behavior, competitive market share, content adoption and international expansion.
* Leverage 7Park's highly differentiated data portfolio to derive unique insights related to fundamental drivers of advanced TV adoption and usage. * Partner with the Data Science and Product teams to continue pushing innovation in advanced TV measurement, provide QA and improve the current product offering. * Drive thought-leadership within the media & entertainment industry by (a) educating the Account Management and Sales teams on the insights derived from our advanced TV measurement data (b) writing client-facing reports and (c) speaking with clients and at industry events to highlight value and insights from our unique data set.
Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in a related role, preferably Media Research, with a focus on TV, Digital Video (including both Mobile and Web based) and Advanced TV (including SVOD, AVOD, Direct to Consumer). * Experience at or supporting a media content provider or advertising agency is a significant plus. * Knowledge of sophisticated research methodologies, with prior exposure to data-driven insights. * Strong storytelling and analytic skills. * Strong work ethic and a desire to assume significant responsibility at a growth stage company.
