TRYP by Wyndham is now seeking a HR Executive - TRYP by Wyndham Dubai to join our team at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai in Dubai, Dubai.
Job Summary

The Human Resources Exexutive will provide a proactive and supportive Human Resources service to all associates, upholding The TRYP Dubai goals of employee engagement, guest satisfaction and financial profitability and all Human Resources Key Performance Indicators of recruitment, training, retention and administering effective flow of documentation relating to associates

To assist in developing and implementing initiatives which embrace Wyndham values and ensuring that all associates are treated in a positive, fair and supportive manner throughout their employment.

Be the first point of contact for all associates enquiries, assist them with their queries and provide them with the help that they are looking for. Follow-up that the help was well received and the documents etc. that they required we received in a timely manner.

It is not the intent of this job description to cover all aspects of the position but to highlight the most important areas of responsibility.
Education & Experience
* High level of IT understanding.
* Ability to use Microsoft package efficiently.
* Basic understanding of international and local labour law.
* Ability to build great associate experiences.

Physical Requirements
* Long hours sometimes required.

General Requirements

What you will be doing?

MANAGEMENT
* Manage direct report to ensure that he/she is productive
* Proof read and check all direct reports work prior to submitting to the AHRM/HRD for review
* Write development plans for the HR Coordinator in conjunction with the AHRM

Performance manage and coach HR Coordinator to ensure optimum performance on a daily

EMPLOYEE ENGAGMENT
* Ensure that the agreed upon disciplinary process is maintained at all times and fair disciplinary processes are followed by all HOD's.
* Maintain and enhance the open door policy to all associates providing advice and guidance when needed in regards to their issues or concerns and/or grievance

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
* Ensure the smooth workflow of the various HR functionalities as to maintaining and providing the needed support to associates and supervisors/ HOD's at all times. This includes, but is not limited to filing, administration of leavers and payroll.
* Assist PRO and keep a track of all visa process and limit delays and fines together with HR Coordinator.

HUMAN RESOURCES COMMUNICATION
* Attend and participate at the monthly departmental HR meetings
* Share all relevant information with AHRM in weekly 121's

HR SYSTEM
* Ensure that OASYS is up to date at all times
* Spot check accuracy
* Ensure that the flight accruals are accurate
