WRT is a team of landscape architects, planners, urban designers, and architects based in Philadelphia and San Francisco, practicing across multiple scales nationally. WRT's practice seeks to create impact in the communities we serve by championing our firm's environmental ethos of designing with nature and reinforcing urbanism through our innovative work in design and planning. Our interdisciplinary team values the impact of our collective approach to improve cities while addressing the social and ecological challenges of our time.

WRT is seeking a Design Technology Specialist to join the team in the Philadelphia office. Our current work includes a variety of planning, urban design and architecture projects of various types and scales including residential and mixed-use developments, master planning of institutional and educational campuses, campus building design, neighborhood master plans, and comprehensive plans.

The Design Technology Specialist should be a leader in advancing the effectiveness of design initiatives through technology. The candidate will work primarily with the Architecture group in a highly collaborative environment with interdisciplinary teams of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, and Planners. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

* Advancing office-wide BIM Best Practices and Workflows across all project phases

* Providing BIM training and support for designers at all levels

* Creating and maintaining BIM content libraries, templates, and training material

* Ensuring high level of quality assurance for deliverables in coordination with WRT Quality Management & Technology Leadership

The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Architecture

* 5+ years of Design & BIM Workflow/Best Practice experience

* Expert knowledge and proficiency in Revit

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Working knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Dynamo, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
