The Remote Device Associate assists the Remote Device Office Supervisor, practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of highest quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial and operational targets. Incumbent is responsible for routine functioning of the Remote Cardiac Device Monitoring Program. including enrolling patients, scheduling transmissions, reporting results to physicians and advanced practice staff, as well as billing for services and follow up on failed transmissions and non-compliance. Incumbent is responsible for managing all office functions related to the above, plus personal interaction with patients in clinic and via phone/email to demonstrate, teach and troubleshoot. Incumbent is responsible to promote organizational values of service excellence by demonstrating courtesy and respect for patients and their families, visitors, and other employees.
