The LPN will function collaboratively & independently providing care to the patients in the ambulatory practice. The LPN will provide care to patients compliant with UPHS policies and procedures and ensure patient safety and communicate with the nursing staff to facilitate flow patterns of the podiatry patients in the practice. The LPN will provide continuity of care, promote patient satisfaction, collaborate with staff members and foster teamwork to achieve \"best practice\" standards. The LPN will demonstrate flexibility in work schedules to meet practice needs. The LPN will act as clinical preceptor for new clinic staff as needed. The LPN will work closely with clinical Podiatry providers to ensure efficient & patient-friendly care. The LPN will work under the direction of the Senior Practice Manager to improve daily clinical flow of the podiatry patients.
