Job Summary Working under limited supervision, the Associate HCM Analyst is primarily responsible for the routine functions, testing, auditing, reporting, and basic support of the Penn Medicine Human Capital Management (HCM) initiative. The Associate HCM Analyst will also serve as backup to the HRIS support desk and has a key role in HRIS/IT problem resolution. Key areas of responsibility include: ? File pulls and data analysis ? Preparing/Monitoring/Testing interfaces and programs ? Audits/Queries and report writing ? HRIS/IT support troubleshooting/resolution ?
