The Upward Bound Program is a Division of General Studies at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of post-secondary education. Upward Bound includes a six-week summer program held on the UAF campus for selected students from 10 Upward Bound target high schools.
