Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates a regional relationship with ULs larger customers over all related industries.
  • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
  • Works with Business Unit leadership or Global Account Managers in the development of global or regional account strategies, goals, and plans.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
  • May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
  • Qualifications

    University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in a related discipline plus generally eight years of directly related experience. Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes. Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others to conduct proposals to C-level management and customers. Has understanding of companys portfolio of products or services, across enterprise. Significant business travel and work outside of the office is required.
