Position SummaryThe Retail District Manager provides consistent, effective leadership, training and development for Tiger Fuel Company's retail Store Managers and their teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service, people management and achievement of business objectives. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure the Markets meets or exceeds all customer expectations by modeling and teaching \"The Tiger Way\"Lead Company Operated Retail Stores (CORS) Store Managers and their Teams towards the achievement of maximum profitability, accountability and growth in line with the Tiger's vision, mission and valuesWork closely with CORS Support Team to ensure that staff are properly trained, coached and meeting the execution of daily tasks and operational goalsWork closely with HR Team to develop and implement our Tiger Team Member Training standards Drive retail sales and growth through department marketing initiativesReview operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability, and manage payroll budgetsEstablish and ensure collaborative, supporting relationships within the entire department Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with key resources, including external vendors, suppliers, and internal consignment operationsFoster a workplace that results in the development of a high performing team. Recruit, develop and inspire a highly effective team of Store Managers and hourly associatesIdentify and develop future Multi-Unit Managers within our organization to best support our continued growthEnsure that clearly defined measurements of performance and rewards are utilized to enhance individual and organizational effectivenessProvide guidance through observing, mentoring and coaching Market teams on providing high-quality customer interactionsSolve problems, develop solutions, and make critical decisions supported by analysis and critical data-based decision makingManage conflict, promote change and growth, and inspire high standards of performanceRoutinely and creatively use and understand technology necessary to collect, retain, analyze and report critical, essential information related to retail operations and related mattersRegularly and effectively communicate throughout all levels within organization in written, verbal, and presentation formats Associated topics: assistant manager, co manager, general manager, leader, major gift officer, manage, manager, retail store manager, sales lead, supervise
