Job Description

In this role, the candidate will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, Marketing partners, and direct front line employees to develop and execute change management strategies. They will help drive change initiatives by ensuring that projects meet objectives and increase employee and customer adoption and usage, with the focus on changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structure, and methods of delivering service to customers. The primary responsibilities will include the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The role will also require the candidate to effectively manage external change for our customers, specifically around communications, messaging and feedback mechanisms. The candidate will also coach and counsel business leaders, process owners and others to ensure business readiness prior to change, while ensuring solid project management for our business workstreams. This work includes project planning and oversight, project reporting, resolving cross-workstream interdependencies and conflicts, and escalating issues that require next-level resolution.

Key Objectives of the role:

* Apply a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
* Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
* Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
* Complete change management assessments
* Identify, analyze and manage potential risk mitigation and anticipated resistance
* Create actionable deliverables for change management levers - communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan, change agents and peers (Question: does this include a team of change agents, peers? If not, let's add that in)
* Coordinate efforts with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders
* Partner with Marketing and Marketing Communications to drive external change messaging for customers
* Innovate methods of delivering change messaging to customers through our customer facing workforce
* Develop and execute creative ways to collect and action the voice of the customer (VOC) throughout the change and modify communications based on feedback

Requirements:

* A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
* Problem solving and root cause identification skills
* Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
* Willingness to take a \"hands-on\" approach and work directly with all levels of the organization to execute the change management activities
* Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
* Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
* Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
* International travel up to 50%
* Change management certification or designation desired
