Job Description Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Therapeutic Training, the Manager Psychiatry Training will be responsible for overseeing the operational function of Teva Psychiatry and Teva Neuroscience Austedo training. This individual will lead the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of programs and initiatives that enhance and leverage psychiatry and movement disorder knowledge throughout both sales teams. Partnering with sales and marketing leadership, he/she will identify needs and/or development opportunities and address them with learning solutions that enhance the personal and professional effectiveness of the sales force and sales management. This individual will also align with sales and marketing leadership in planning to launch solutions at optimal times and in overseeing the use of strategic communications to ensure maximum \"uptake\" of programs. Programs may include those for new hire training, as well as for training of the existing sales force, POAs, and mass model activities to ensure consistency. This position will require some travel to Frazer, Pennsylvania for 1st year. Travel will decrease to 20% after complete transition of Teva to our Parsippany, NJ office location. Partner with marketing, sales and training leadership to assess design and deliver training solutions to meet the objectives identified. Execute blended training programs at new hire training, national meetings, regional meetings, and other events. Coach, teach and train sales associates during training events. Assist field managers in ongoing development of their representatives by providing written and verbal feedback. Evaluate classroom curriculum and work with training leadership to keep training current and relevant for the field. Stay current with training trends by attending professional meetings and trainer development events. Suggest solutions that align with the strategic priorities of the overall organization. Understand the regulatory environment for each branded solution and follow proper approval processes. Exemplify excellent vendor management skills for optimal and on-time, on-target solutions. Leverage emerging training innovations when appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications 6+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience in one or more of the following areas: sales, marketing, sales leadership or training/development 2+ years home office therapeutic training experience or field training experience 2+ years of Psychiatry or Movement Disorder experience Movement Disorder experience preferred Intimate knowledge of the relationship between sales, sales leadership, marketing and training Demonstrated ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment Ability to develop and execute strategic training and development plans Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills Demonstrated group facilitation and classroom presentation skills Ability to perform in high pressure and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of today's market access landscape.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
