Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Therapeutic Training, the Manager Psychiatry Training will be responsible for overseeing the operational function of Teva Psychiatry and Teva Neuroscience Austedo training. This individual will lead the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of programs and initiatives that enhance and leverage psychiatry and movement disorder knowledge throughout both sales teams. Partnering with sales and marketing leadership, he/she will identify needs and/or development opportunities and address them with learning solutions that enhance the personal and professional effectiveness of the sales force and sales management. This individual will also align with sales and marketing leadership in planning to launch solutions at optimal times and in overseeing the use of strategic communications to ensure maximum uptake of programs. Programs may include those for new hire training, as well as for training of the existing sales force, POAs, and mass model activities to ensure consistency. This position will require some travel to Frazer, Pennsylvania for 1st year. Travel will decrease to 20% after complete transition of Teva to our Parsippany, NJ office location.
