This role will report directly to the Sr, Director of Global Compliance Policy, Training and Operations and will be the administrator for the Global Compliance Team in STUDIUM, Teva's global Learning Management System. Minimal travel, training related (less than 10%) Responsible for maintaining the Teva LMS system for Global Compliance. Create and maintain assignments and curricula in the LMS including but not limited to new hire, policy certifications, Code of Conduct, ad-hoc requests and other compliance training. Upload and maintain global compliance content (courses and content objects) including version control, testing, course attribute data and localization. Track and monitor Global Compliance campaigns, manage assignments for new hires, transfers/promotions, terminations and acquisitions; monitor the status of course completions for Global Compliance related training. Communicate with business owners to obtain training criteria. Create business rules for assignments in LMS.
Support the maintenance of the Foundational Curricula Process which includes but not limited to monitoring for new job codes and assigning appropriate training. Manage the training completion records and sign-in sheets for all online and in-person trainings. Follow-up as necessary with RCOs/LCOs and/or employees to ensure target completion rates are being met. Deploy courses to a Global audience. Be the subject matter expert, to provide end-user and troubleshooting support to team members and employees for all Global Compliance online and site-based training campaigns. Responsible to review, respond, and manage all correspondence in the Global Compliance inbox. Develop queries and run reports of a moderately complex level from the TevaLMS to ensure employee training compliance and provide completion status updates to team members. Send out reminders to employees as necessary and audit system data to ensure employee and document revision data accuracy. Liaise with other departments such as HR and IT as necessary to independently resolve employee data or system issues. Provide support to Sr. Manager, Compliance Systems and Operations for KPI and training dashboard reporting. Work with Global Compliance and TevaLMS teams to implement improvement enhancements to existing and future training programs. Manage Global Compliance translation and in-country review process. Support Sr. Manager, Compliance Systems and Operations as needed. Executive Assistant Responsibilities Provide exemplary administrative report to executive leadership by managing key departmental processes including, but not limited to: budget and travel & expense management.
3+ years in compliance department
3+ years in a training department
1+ years' administrator experience with Success Factors (formally Plateau) Learning Management System
2+ years working as a Learning Management System administrator or like role
Demonstrated competency in report design and creation using a Learning Management System
Managing complex departmental budgets
Demonstrated advanced competency in use of Excel and experience MS Access, PowerBI and/or similar database tools.
