We are looking for a highly organized multi-tasker to join a team of insurance specialist. In this role you will be working with a small dynamic team that provides multiple lines of insurance for dentist and their staff. No experience in insurance is necessary, but you must have a positive attitude and able to work towards deadlines. This position deals with a high volume of paperwork so you must be able to work efficiently while maintaining great attention to detail. You will also be dealing directly with clients so you must be able to be professional on the phone and via email. The Production Coordinator will work directly with the Assistant Director of Insurance Services as support for all client related activities. Task include: Creating and sending insurance quotes to clients Prepare appointments with clients for the Assistant Director Assist in the processing and submitting of insurance applications Track applications through the underwriting process Communicate with clients and provide policy assistance Provide customer service for existing clients Keep database and files updated. Job Requirements : Two years of administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Customer service background Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task This position offers a full range of benefits including, Medical, dental, and Vision, two weeks PTO, and a 7% matching 401k.
