The College of Public Health seeks a versatile temporary administrative professional with advanced technological proficiencies to assist with providing oversight of the College's process for awarding scholarships. The individual will report directly to the Senior Associate Director of Development and be responsible for executing operations related to the administration of scholarships, working collaboratively with Temple's Office of Student Financial Services and with faculty and administration from across the College's eight academic units and dean's office.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience working in a fast-paced administrative and or student services role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to multi-task/manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines * Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, strategic-thinking skills; willingness to take initiative and learn * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively and appropriately interact with a diverse group of stakeholders and constituents * Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills * Advanced proficiency in office software systems such as: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook * Proven aptitude in learning new database systems * Ability to work independently with results and also as an integral member of a team * Exceptional attention to detail regarding all job responsibilities * Consistent professional presentation and communication
* Experience working with higher education institutions or large complex non-profit organizations in the public health sector.
