Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Program Specialist - Ambulatory Property Management (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work for Administration at the Bank of America Building in Seattle, WA.

The Program Specialist, Ambulatory Development provides day to day support of business development activities for Swedish Medical Group as it pertains to growth and expansion as well as Swedish-owned professional clinics and turnkey spaces. In addition, this role is accountable for updating agreements to appropriate users, and adjusting for fair market value of the clinical spaces and coordinating with strategic planning functions.

This individual works directly with the Swedish Ambulatory Care Network (ACN) leadership and service line/department leaders for system-wide initiatives reflected in turnkey space strategies and is the key contact for interfacing with ACN and Swedish Medical Group (SMG) leadership as well as Swedish Health Services (SHS) Real Estate and Construction for leases and use agreements. Position includes additional project-based work assigned at the discretion of the Director of Operations for Ambulatory Services such as coordinating meetings and events in support of ACN/SMG, constructing and coordinating communications in conjunction with leadership, monthly reporting for various entities, etc.

In this position you will:

* Manage occupancy of professional clinics and turnkey spaces, including maximization of tenants, contract discussions and renewals, partnership with real estate and strategic functions, space development initiatives, and ongoing administrative duties
* Establish and facilitate relationships with Swedish and non-Swedish providers practicing at Swedish Professional Clinics
* Work with finance and accounting to ensure monthly use agreement rent roles are accurately processed.
* Conduct requisite analysis and risk mitigation of new tenants, identify, document and monitor metrics for managing the data and notifying stakeholders of problems affecting turnkey spaces or occupancy.
* Conduct data analysis in a variety of financial and business areas to guide ACN/SMG decision making around space planning and practice development.
* Proactively seek and maintain market awareness of potential partners and competitors as it relates to healthcare services in the area.
* Ownership of fair market valuations and updating of SMG professional clinics in conjunction with legal dept.
* Collaborate with leadership and assist ACN/SMG to assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans to meet the needs of ACN programs and priorities in designated markets.
* Facilitation of recurring meetings with various executives and leaders around SHS related to ambulatory services and ownership of follow up management.
* Familiarity with master list of lease details for all Swedish Medical Group clinic sites both Primary and Specialty care
* Work with team to coordinate site visits, screening, practice analysis and general logistic arrangements
* Facilitate Primary Care Growth and Development bi-weekly meeting

Required qualifications for this position include:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
* 2 years Sales experience
* Physician/clinical professional relationships experience ideal
* Data-oriented; attention to detail
* Business acumen and strategic thinking
* Organized and analytical; financial and data analytical skills
* Project management skills
* Communication and presentation skills for both internal and external customers
* Capable of interacting with various areas and levels of the organization
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

* Facilitation skills to work successfully with all levels of medical and business professionals
* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

* 2 years experience in a healthcare environment preferred
