Are you a Lacrosse fan who enjoys sitting back and watching games? Maybe you played in high school or college and want to get back involved? Here's your chance to get on deck with SMT, the industry leader in sports broadcast technology. Check out this opportunity to be apart of the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) Official Scoring Team, as well as, helping us to drive stats for the PLL. There are two separate jobs on the Official Scoring Team. One person will need to spot, and call out stats to our input staff. The Input staff will be doing data entry into a customized software created by SMT. Those stats will not only be used for the official stats of the league, but will then be used on-air as the game is played out!

Applicants must live within a 2 hour drive of the Lacrosse field. Applications and resumes must have current city of residence included to be considered for open positions.

Position Summary: The successful candidate will be an avid Lacrosse fan who has extensive Lacrosse knowledge. This position requires an exceptional attention span

to simultaneously monitor four computer applications, follow the events of the game without becoming distracted, and ability to quickly callback play by play actions on the field.

* Data Entry Position, applicant needs to be able to enter data quickly and make adjustments on the fly. A strong comprehension of the positions, rules, and statistics of Premier Lacrosse League (PLL).

* Spotting Position, applicants need to be able to quickly call play-by-play review of the action on the Lacrosse field and verifying with official game stats.

Requirements:

? Ability to learn software and data entry;

? Excellent attention to detail;

? Ability to work well under pressure and complete tasks on time;

? Understanding of lacrosse terminology

? Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Majority of the cities will have 2 days with 3 games total. PLL System Operators will need to be on-site about 3 hours prior to the start of the 1st game. Philadelphia, PA is the Championship Game on September 21st.

The compensation will be a day rate.
