The Project Manager will responsible manage the delivery of Lifecycle Services projects to SHI customers. The Project Manager will meet customer project deadlines and ensure the projects adhere to frameworks of Statement of Work (SOW) and engross profit for SHI.
Managing multiple resources, either internal SHI consultants or partners Assembling the delivery team and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Providing administrative support as needed for internal/external teams. Maintaining daily reports and documentation appropriately for each project. Update project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Preparing necessary materials for client meetings such as status and budget reports. Attending and recording minute notes during client status meetings accurately. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Undertaking development of project strategies to meet client requests. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks of SOW and engross profit for SHI. Making sure project deadlines are met on a timely manner. Communicating project changes and escalations. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1 year minimum project management experience Proficiency in MS office tools Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience handling multiple tasks and projects Required Skills: Planning skills excellent organizational skills Strong people management and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, multi-tasker and organization skills. Ability to work on tight and last minute deadlines and stay efficient. Ability to handle busy and fast-paced projects and stay organized. Ability to maintain keeping detailed project notes and records.
