Job Title : Customer Service Representative II

Location : Peapack - NJ

Duration : 6 Months contract

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for International Customer Order Processing from order entry through shipment to end market while ensuring export compliance adherence. The colleague will coordinate export customer service duties required to implement intercompany financial flows, export systems, export compliance and international transportation.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include the day to day operations surrounding the following aspects:

General Support duties including Filing and Scanning

Date entry to execute International Customer Order requirements

Creation of Export Documentation

Communication with stakeholders via Outlook

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications is required

Team-oriented colleague with strong interpersonal communication (oral and written) skills and proven attention to detail and issue resolution is highly desired.

Knowledge of SAP/ERP system preferred
