SEL is looking for a Product Manager to help guide and support SEL product security and security products. You will work alongside Research and Development, Engineering Services, external customers, and others to build holistic offerings to improve the security of industrial control systems. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation, and sharing SEL's vision with the industry.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with R&D, Marketing, Sales and customers to ensure that SEL makes the right product at the right time.Maintain an understanding of the end user, how they use the product, and identify and evaluate product line opportunities.Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop sales forecasts, marketing plans, draft sales and marketing collateral, support customers and provide training.Think strategically when creating and managing key elements of the product throughout the lifecycle including the roadmap, data sheet, technical presentations, pricing, customer requests, and competitive analysis.Participate in industry technical meetings and standard committees.Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.Understand.
