Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Further develop and maintain a detailed understanding of electric power systems and how to protect, monitor, and control the power system.2. Assist in developing product specifications, develop and analyze functional tests.3. Assist with application literature, instruction manuals, and data sheets.4. Provide power engineering support for customer applications and Field Application Engineers.5. Assist in writing and reviewing innovative power system protection solutions to present at technical meetings and conferences.6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.7. Understand. Create. Simplify.8.
