Partner with Director of Employment Services to ensure HRIS data and reporting is accurate and utilized fully.
Perform the functions of system administrator within ADP Ev5 system as required (from company setup to maintenance of all tables within the system).
Report creation and analysis.
Responsibility for maintaining the integrity of all information in the HRIS system.
Document, organize, update, audit various payroll related information.
Communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
Support HR team as required.
Ability to fulfil project execution and follow-up.
Balance multiple priorities.
3 to 5 years of Systems Administrator in ADP EV5 system is required.
5+ years of payroll experience, experience processing multi-state payroll is preferred.
Experience in ADP Reporting required.
Experience with imports within Ev5 system required.
Advanced Excel computer skills.
Exercise some autonomy and independent judgment problem solving skills with discretion.
Expert knowledge of payroll practices and processes.
Must be available to work continuously in the US, no sponsorships.
