The Division Vice President oversees S&D Coffee's Customer Direct Sales, Service and Distribution Operations within an assigned geographic area. This position reports to the Senior Vice President.. Reporting to this position may include: Division Manager(s), General Manager(s), and Division Sales Manager(s).. Job Responsibilities:. Responsible for growing revenues and profits by securing new business and minimizing existing customer attrition.. Accountable to ensure warehousing, delivery and equipment service operations are run efficiently and safely, and in accordance with company policy.. Responsible for developing and executing annual business plans that achieve/exceed their division's annual budget objectives to include sales, profits and operational performance measures.. Responsible for ensuring that employees are competent and effective in completing their job responsibilities safely and in accordance with company policy. Additionally, creates an environment in which all employees feel valued and see opportunity for professional growth.. Accountable for developing succession plans, and the identified successors for all key sales and management positions.. Stewards the investment of company capital in the form of beverage equipment and vehicles to ensure the company receives an adequate return on its investment. Responsible for creating and presenting to S&D Coffee Senior Management periodic business reports and special assigned projects.. Promotes a professional image of S & D Coffee, Inc. in all interaction with company personnel, customers, suppliers and within the industry.. Responsible to participate and represent S&D Coffee, Inc. at selected trade shows and industry events.. Works closely within the S & D Coffee structure to support the entire company's interests of continually increasing the presence of S & D Coffee.. Responsible for any special projects or duties not detailed above that are requested by the S&D Executive Leadership Team.. The Division Vice President serves as an Officer of the company and acts in the best interest of S&D Coffee & Tea.. Knowledge Skills & Abilities:. Previous experience managing a multi-functional business unit including product sales and distribution of at least 50 people.. Responsible for divisional P/L with a demonstrated track record of success in growing revenues and profits.. Demonstrated success in leading significant change or strategic initiatives within an organization.. A track record of developing creative solutions to overcome competitive situations and business problems..
