This might be the job for you.....DSM is looking for a Senior Sales Director Human Nutrition & Health to lead the North American Sales team to achieve sales/GPX objectives and manage programs for the Human Nutrition & Health (HNH) and NA Food & Beverage organization. Does this sound interesting to you? We are looking for a Senior Sales Director Human Nutrition & Health to lead the North America F&B sales team to deliver defined sales and profitability objectives. You will interact with high levels of management within the HNH customer base, negotiating long term supply agreements, achieving sales and margin targets, managing changing market conditions and competitive pressures. In the role of Senior Sales Director Human Nutrition & Health North America, you will: Build and strengthen key customer relationships engaging our best resources and capabilities in a cost effective and proactive way. Ensure execution of sales, marketing and innovation strategies co-developed by NA Sales leaders and Regional/global marketing organizations. Create custom solutions to meet customer needs. In coordination with Marketing, Technical Marketing and Marketing research team, analyze specific customer brands and generate concepts and prototypes to fill category/market gaps. Develop a project pipeline across the customer base to ensure future growth and business opportunities. Expand your networkinternally and externally to be a champion at key accounts. Build strategic account plans in partnership with the Vice President and Marketing Director. Ensure excellent internal collaboration with Commercial Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical Marketing, Marketing to achieve business results What we look for in you: Bachelor's degreerequired; MBApreferred Minimum 12 years of commercial (sales, marketing, product management and/or business development) work experiencerequired Minimum 8 years of sales experiencerequired Experience managing a team of 4+ members directly required Experience managing $80M+ in revenues required Strong leadership skills and ability to manage many people in a diversity of locations Experience in the nutrition industry preferred Strong customer and relationship management skills Good knowledge and understanding of global market for nutritional ingredients a plus. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and relationship skills are additional requirements for the function Strong business acumen Experience as a general manager preferred. 28632Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
