Job Summary

The Analyst, Business Technology & Integration Hotel Systems is to be responsible for discovery and implementation of key technologies used by WHR hotel locations. Focused on partner management, this role will require a high level of communication skill and comfort working across both internal and external teams. This role will also be responsible for the following:

  • Hotel technology solutioning
  • Project coordination
  • Operational management of technology partners
  • New product discovery and championing
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Experience in a hotel environment or familiarity with hotel systems would be great asset

    Travel to regional conferences and events in addition to business as usual travel will be a requirement for this role.


  • Driving implementation of technologies with internal and external teams.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional business teams. .
  • Creating and managing documentation associated with projects
  • Project Coordination.
  • Education & Experience

    Travel Requirements

  • Expect 10% travel to partner offices.
  • User group sessions and site visits.
  • Wyndham Hotels & Resorts annual convention
  • HITEC, HTNext and/or similar industry conferences as necessary.
  • Competencies

  • Manage product implementations from vision through deployment and handoff to support / operations.
  • Analyze complex situations and provide operational solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure hotels are getting best in class product & support.
  • Communicates with widely varied audiences.
  • Builds trust and support for initiatives.
  • Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience with hotel industry specific systems is a valuable asset to this role
  • College study in areas such as Business Analysis, Project Management, technology solutions, return on investment analysis or technology product management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation skills with ability to think outside the box to generate solutions; ability to interpret data and see trends and patterns
  • Previous project or product management experience / relevant education & internship(s)
