* Utilizing intelligent automation technology and RPA platforms; * Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs and providing valuable solutions; * Working closely with solution architects, developers, product managers, and product support to deliver new automated processes to replace manual processing; * Creating accurate models of business process using BPMN that reflects current and desired state; * Understanding Process Mapping / BPMN skills to map value chain (AS-IS) and create process flows/ models to depict the future state process (To-Be); * Identifying and addressing client/business needs: actively participating in client/business discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; * Demonstrating proven ability and success utilizing written and verbal business communication skills, including interacting with clients, firm staff, senior management and high value stakeholders within a professional business services environment; and, * Demonstrating experience working in a metrics/SLA driven environment. Proven ability to have met goals and metrics in a timely manner.

* Analyzing business functions to outlining problems, opportunities and solutions; * Serving as an Automation Catalyst and collaborating with leaders in IFS business functions and Acceleration Centers to discover, develop and structure high value automation opportunities; * Leading and facilitating Kaizen workshops to drive digital transformational initiative to align business objectives with automation technology; * Employing operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Benchmarking, etc. to advance the value of services; * Creating Current/Future state VSMs to discover opportunities ad help business leaders derive value by employing technology to automate end-to-end processes; * Streamlining, optimizing, and structuring mature processes for successful automation; * Using Six Sigma and other Lean principles to improve services by designing processes that eliminates variation and improve quality and consistency of output; * Creating process maps, Process Design Documents (PDDs), and Cost-benefit analysis and establishing smooth hand off to design and development team and provide support as needed; * Supporting the development, articulation and maturation of foundational program progress that encompass the entire automation lifecycle; and, * Interviewing personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine optimal solutions for automation.
