Position Overview

As a senior originator and regional manager within PNC's Tax Credit Solutions (\"TCS\") organization, you will be based in a PNC regional office in Boston, MA, Washington DC, Louisville, KY, Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD, Richmond, VA, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL and Miami, FL. As a regional manager, you will oversee a team of four originators and analysts and report directly to the manager of originations.

Job Description

* Supervises, manages and coaches a team of originators.
* Supervises a team and assists with the development of client relationships and lending and investment opportunities through the region. Participates in approval discussions and meetings for deals in the region.
* Evaluates and assists in the structuring of lending or investment opportunities.
* Reviews and approves proposals, term sheets or applications delivered to third parties, including client/prospects, agencies or tax credit investors.
* Assists with resolving concerns raised through the structuring and underwriting process.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
