Perspecta is an AAEEO Employer - MinoritiesWomenVeteransDisabled and other protected categories Responsibilities The Operational Influence Platform (OIP) lead shall Lead and manage contractor personnel supporting EUCOM's OIP requirements. Apply commercial marketing techniques to message and influence select target audiences effectively. Ensure the quality of all services and deliverables across the contract. Ensure high customer satisfaction with all key performance metrics. Collaborate with government stakeholders, teammates and other contractors to meet all task requirements efficiently and effectively. Provide timely reporting of all required task financial, performance, schedule, risk and quality data to the government and to Perspecta leadership. Provide technical direction and effective management oversight to maximize task performance while minimizing risks. When necessary, coordinate additional support to satisfy emerging and surge requirements. Oversee the process of recruiting, training and retaining high-quality, cleared staff over the life of the program. Ensure program compliance with all government laws, policies and regulations. Ensure compliance with all Perspecta policies. Institute and maintain industry best-practice standards, processes, and methodologies Qualifications Requires BABS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas. Required experience and qualifications Active TSSCI clearance. Recent (last 5 years) experience with Psychological Operations (PSYOP)Military Information Support Operations (MISO) planning in accordance with US joint doctrine. Recent experience conducting research to identify market segments, analyze market sentiment, develop and disseminate media content designed to influence target audience behavior, and assess the impact of the delivered message. Desired experience and qualifications it is desired that the candidate meet one or more of the following experience requirements 3+ years experience (within the last 5 years) supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD, e.g., EUCOM, CENTCOM, STRATCOM, etc.) or the Joint Chiefs of Staff. 3 years experience supporting EUCOM or one of its component commands (USAREUR, NAVEUR, USAFE, MARFOREUR) Experience briefing senior Government leadership (e.g., White House, Joint Chiefs, Combatant Commands, Dept of State) Experience working with the DoS specifically with regard to planning activities and public diplomacy. Experience working within the EUCOM area of responsibility. Experience with security cooperation planning and operations in accordance with joint doctrine. Experience working with linguists with expertise in a wide variety of languages to develop media in foreign languages reflecting an understanding of the culture(s) and dialect(s) of the target audience to maximize the effectiveness of the message.
