What does a great Project Coordinator do?
Reporting to Project Development Project Manager and working closely with the Software Engineering department development managers, this individual will be **responsible for the day-to-day support of the Scrum teams in all phases of the software development lifecycle** . This role liaises with client, product and release project team members, production support, product architecture, performance and other teams to assure the timely project implementation. You will facilitate communication, coordination and cooperation to help the teams to meet delivery goals. You will also foster transparency and visibility into issues, risks, impediments and other factors that may be contributing to failures.
**In this role, you can look forward to these essential responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate meetings with parties involved to assure timely resolution of the issues
+ Track the project deliverables by using appropriate tools Facilitate development team meetings, escalate roadblocks
+ Facilitate a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
+ Eliminate/escalate issues and risks
+ Facilitate preparation and readiness for each Sprint/release
+ Support continuous improvement activities
**Basic Qualifications for Consideration:**

You will possess a high level of commitment in carrying out the Company s vision, mission and values.**
+ **1 to 3 years of experience in the area.**
+ **Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.**
+ **Adaptability to changing needs.**
+ **Previous experience and knowledge of SDLC, US Banking and financial services would be preferred**
+ Proven experience with dealing with internal and external clients
+ Excellent written and oral skills
**Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:**
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration / Business Management or related fields or 4 years of relative experience in the area.
