Are you looking to make impact? We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to join our Sales Recruitment Team to help identify the next generation of sales leaders at Paycom!
As a Sourcing Recruiter on our team, they will design, develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for positions across the sales organization. They will work closely with our recruiting team to design strategies that support the recruitment efforts of the Sales Recruiting Department. They will develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of jobs providing a diverse pool of candidates. Primary responsibility includes sourcing candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
Forge strong collaboration with our recruiting team and internal hiring managers to understand position requirements and build out strategic sourcing plans
Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partners for further consideration
Stay current on competitor hiring practices and market trends through market intelligence gathering
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
Ensure all sourcing practices comply with all local and US federal legal requirements (EEOC, OFCCP plans, etc.)
Drive and execute key recruitment projects and programs as needed. Maintain accurate records and develop spreadsheets to track activity; and other projects as assigned
Bachelors Degree Required
What you need to be successful
High volume recruiting, corporate or staffing industry experience
Prior experience mining resume databases utilizing Boolean strings for maximum results
Successful track record of achieving targets; deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
PC Proficiency Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, Applicant Tracking Systems, Social Media Platforms.
A self-starter; one who readily takes initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability with latest sourcing trends and utilizing a variety of tool sets
Experience as a Sourcer in a fast paced recruiting environment
Familiarity with tracking sheets, reporting/analytics
Capability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Strong social media experience
