Provideadministrative and employee relations support to the Human Resources teamsupporting the functional business units. Work is performed under the immediatedirection of the Regional Business Partner. Incumbent will also provide support to the HRManagers, Generalists and other HR Coordinators as requested. Responsible forrecruiting and employment support, maintenance of personnel files, processingemployee changes through HR Shared Services, assisting employees with HR andbenefits changes. Producing reports and performinganalysis, and various administrative and clerical functions. Position is located in Horsham, Pa Responsibilitiesinclude: Support recruiting and employment of positions at various locations throughout the US by initiating and entering employment requisitions and providing administrative support for the employment process. Conduct new employee orientation and on-boarding processes. Initiate and process personnel change forms (PAFs and PACs). Assist employees with HR and benefits related issues through coordination with the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team, BenefitSolver online, and other resources. Serve as HRSS point-of-contact for Horsham, Pa sites. Generate SAP reports, conduct analysis, and compile data for HR projects. Coordinates and executes employee engagement activities to include town halls, service award recognition, employee luncheons and other employee events as assigned. Perform various administrative and clerical functions for the HR Department including but not limited to creating and distributing site announcements and bulletin board communications, ordering and keeping the copy room fully stocked and operational, miscellaneous faxing, copying, printing, data entry, creating and/or revising documents, maintaining, creating and organizing filing systems and databases. Qualifications SkillsRequired: Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in effectively dealing with employees at all levels of the organization. Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and balance job requirements from multiple managers. Must have a high level of initiative and be able to work effectively without constant, direct supervision. Must have strong computer skills including the ability to word process using Word, create spreadsheets using Excel, and create presentations using PowerPoint. Previous experience with SAP is highly preferred. Team leadership, partnerships and collaborative work efforts a must. Must be able to make ethical and responsible business decisions.
