The Strategic Project Manager will work closely with the Manager of Corporate Strategy and management of all levels on the implementation of new strategic projects as mandated by the Executive Team. The incumbent's primary focus is to manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of all strategic projects. He/She will achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations on strategic plans, preparing and completing action items, while developing project plans/timelines to ensure on-time delivery. The incumbent will gather information by working collaboratively with the necessary Business Units and Corporate functional areas. He/She will take a lead project management role on OCA Real Estate projects. Job Duties: As a Strategic Project Manager working on the Corporate Strategy Management Team, you will be empowered to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission by developing, facilitating, and reporting on company-wide strategic projects designed to improve the organization's operations. In a typical day, you will: * Develop and maintain project specific proposals, detailed plans, budgets, and schedules. * Facilitate project meetings, as required. * Assist in the management and successful execution of assigned strategic projects. * Conduct business and process analysis as assigned. Work with VP of Corporate Strategy Management on OCA Real Estate Projects across the Americas and the OCA Broker on lease management. * Develop and deliver progress reports, project roadmaps, deliverables/requirements, documentation (templates) and presentations, as required. * Assist in the creation and management of business presentations, intranet sites, and other communication / collaboration tools as part of the Strategy group. * Create Standard Operating Procedures for frequent Strategy projects. * Analyze project portfolio to make sure it aligns with the strategic goals of the company and timelines are achievable. * Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions; identify key insights and risks based on reports and analysis; assume project/initiative responsibility. * Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. * Maintain responsibility for working within a team environment and meeting individual and team objectives simultaneously. * Dotted line management of facility managers and their respective teams: (3) Corporate Security Team and (1) Coordination and oversight of facility managers at other locations. * Perform all other essential duties as directed. Job Requirements: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent knowledge is required. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrated success in managing portfolio of large-scale projects. * Strong project management skills and very high process orientation. * Knowledge of project management tools, project valuation/business case calculation. * Experience in strategic planning and risk management. * Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with different personalities and cultures. * Ability to understand business needs and system capabilities and combine that knowledge to develop efficient and effective solutions. * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally. * Self starter with the initiative to follow through on programs/projects and work with all levels of users as well as have the ability to coordinate efforts both inside and outside of the division. * Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. * Demonstrated ability to be a key player in program/projects. * Sense of passion, drive and perseverance to accomplish goals. * Excellent team player. * Places great value on continuous learning. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4892BRSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
