Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Treasury Services Associate.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the collection, processing and securing of Hospital & SOM patient payments, posting payments and reconciliation of cash collected; record keeping; check distribution; petty cash disbursement; patient valuables; and related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

* Disburses petty cash according to established policies..
* Reconciles bank deposits with bank credits daily..
* Scans checks through Bank of America Remote Deposit System.
* Prepares all cash deposits through Bank of America Deposit Tracking System.
* Advises front end users immediately of any discrepancies with the deposits received.
* Resolves all issues as related to Epic deposits.
* Verifies accuracy of deposits as compared to Epic Cash Drawer closing report.
* Records all deposits (cash, check, credit cards) in the deposit tracking database as they are received.
* Downloads daily Epic reports and imports to the deposit tracking database.

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify you must have a High School Diploma. Minimum of one year of related work experience. Proficiency with PCs and MS Office software (Word, Excel, etc.). Excellent organization, communication and time management skills are essential; must be able to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree. Banking experience a plus.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
